At Flooring Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your flooring doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Request a Return Authorization
Log into your account or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your return shipping labels.
Prepare Your Materials
Ensure all flooring planks, tiles, or rolls are in their original, unopened packaging and securely strapped to the original pallet to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to pick up the materials directly from your location at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
