Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, Flooring Depot partners with licensed and insured installers to provide professional installation for all our flooring products. You can schedule a consultation at checkout.
How can I calculate how much flooring I need to order?
Measure the length and width of your room to find the square footage, then add a 10% waste factor for cuts and mistakes. Our product pages include a calculator to help you determine the exact number of boxes required.
What is your return policy for unused flooring?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of flooring within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom-cut area rugs or clearance items are final sale.
Can I order samples before making a full purchase?
Absolutely. We highly recommend ordering samples to see how the material looks in your home's lighting. Samples are shipped via express mail and the cost can be credited toward your full order.
How long does shipping typically take for large orders?
LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments for large flooring orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a curbside delivery appointment once the shipment reaches your local terminal.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
We are committed to environmental responsibility. All of our hardwood and engineered wood products are Lacey Act compliant and many carry FSC or FloorScore certifications to ensure low VOC emissions.
